Hi, My name is Carly Howie! I was born and raised here in the Lakes Region. I have always appreciated the beauty this region offers and decided to settle my own family here. I have a lifetime of knowledge pertaining to the towns and villages throughout the area; and love sharing my understanding of the geography, recreational resources, culture and schools.
I first discovered my love of Real Estate as an administrative assistant for a small local firm. My position as an administrator allowed me to gain knowledge on the industry from the inside out. Shortly after receiving my real estate license I began focusing on the vacation and long term property rental needs of the industry. Managing multiple waterfront and beach access properties, meeting the needs of homeowners and families in the area.
Now as a full time agent I attribute many of my customer service and technology skills to my previous roles as an administrator and property manager. I love spending time managing my own long term rental properties, and renovating homes with my husband. I strive to work together with my team-mates and Keller Williams to educate, advise and create community through my work.
When I am not assisting buyers and sellers you can find me with my two children boating on Lake Winnipesaukee, downhill skiing, hiking and spending time with my husband Bob who owns Breakthrough Property Services LLC in Meredith, NH.

Hi, My name is Whitney Vachon! I grew up in Laconia, moved to Ann Arbor, MI (for a hot minute!) and now I call the Lakes Region home. To say the area has my heart would be an understatement...
I have been a realtor in the Lakes Region for five years now, and wow, time flies! I decided on real estate as a career so that I could help people enjoy what I get to enjoy everyday; the lakes, the mountains, and the community we are surrounded by.
My career started at a small firm that was completely hands on, giving me all the skills I needed to get going in the business. From there, I was able to grow, build on, and perfect each one. From people skills to negotiation skills, the list goes on and on, and they are ever changing!
I now work with Keller Williams because of the opportunities and education they offer. And let's not forget to mention they are the front runner for technology in the industry... How we do everything is changing, and it is no different in the real estate business so we need to stay up to date with the most current trends and technologies in order to give our clients the best results.
When I am not working, you can catch me adventuring with dogs, motorcycling with my husband, trying a new beer at one of our many local breweries, or enjoying my surroundings in every season.
